When I got my bluetooth it came with a dead energizer battery. I had to go and buy a battery for it. As far as the quality, it is average. It didn’t fit comfortably on my ear and it’s kind of bulky somewhat. I didn’t receive a gray one, instead I got a white bluetooth. Not a really big deal but to some it might matter. As far as sound goes when I am talking to someone it tends to make a noise at times that I can’t hear but the people on the other side have let me know about. In this case you get what you pay for. By the way, it didn’t wanna attach itself to my phone either at first, until I called customer service. They let me know that I had to hold down the button for several seconds until it stayed lit, once it did that it paired with my phone. This H300 is ok for a standby, but personally I’m going to invest in a better bluetooth.

Great little headset for a very little money. Since it runs on a AAA battery you don’t have to plug in a charger and trip over another wire.

I have owned mine for 3 yrs now or close to it. Bought it for the hubby whom has lost it numerous times but it always shows back up. I know one time it spent a few weeks in the yard unprotected, it has been left in his tackle box for almost 6 months. Its bounced around in the bottom of my purse for god knows how long and then was left there after changing purses. I just found it again during the remodeling of our house, lol. This poor thing has been lost, beat up, and left out to basically disintegrate. But nope not gonna happen with this model. It’s one tough cookie in my book and cute too.
Although we mistreated it since we’ve had it the battery actually has only been changed once and it still was not fully dead. I changed it after finding it in the yard in case of moisture, but once again, NO Problems! lol The casing has utterly no noticeable torture scars nor is the internal functions showing any kind of signs of abuse or age. I am very amazed at this product and highly recommend it. Oh yea and it has been compatible and has paired to every phone I have had when it wasn’t lost.

This was a great purchase. The unit works well and easily linked to my Samsung phone with no hitches. I love the fact that it uses repalcable batteries and does not need a seperate charger. Volume could be a little louder but it’s still quite usable and a great value.

Love the H300’s and the battery life (this would have been my 3rd one – one got washed, the other crushed) HOWEVER I cannot use a PINK one.
Despite the seller / product description and picture, I did not receive “Motorola H300 Wireless Bluetooth Headset General Features: Black design Wireless Bluetooth Headset”. -Instead I received “Motorola H300 Wireless Bluetooth Headset General Features: Pink Girly Froo-Froo Design”.

After contacting the seller, they agreed that the page may have inaccurately depicted the product and would replace it with the gray / blue model pictured.
They also agreed to refund the return shipping on the condition I revise this posting and remove the negative feedback. Unfortunately I can’t find the receipt from the post office but I’ve revised this post to reflect that the seller is sending the pictured model.

I recently bought this as it looked attractive. They claim that it works within 33fts range but it hardly works within 3-4 feet range.
Voice quality is horrible. Voice comes with loads of disturbances.
I am really unhappy with performance of this product. I am gonna throw this one and buy a new one.
